Some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor…
Emotions are generally seen as something we should avoid at all costs, particularly those we believe are negative such as anger, fear, sadness, or anxiety. However, if we ignore them they can grow bigger, or we spill or act them out in our relationships with others. The truth is our emotions give us information, and when explored can give us a pathway to uncover our needs and point us to more skillful choices and action.
Join me for an afternoon retreat to:
Understand the purpose of emotions and what they are trying to tell us.
Discover where they live in the body.
Participate in experiential exercises such as journaling, guided meditation and mind-body exercises to connect and discover new ways of relating with our emotions.

Change is difficult, scary and filled with uncertainty. Whether you have experienced a job loss, unwanted health diagnosis, empty-nest or separation/divorce, imagine you can come through the transition feeling stronger, healthier, and with more clarity! Join us for an interactive workshop to understand the cycle of transformation and learn tools to move through each stage with more ease.
We will experience a combination of inward reflection practices, group coaching, and body awareness techniques to raise awareness, reduce stress and navigate the transition process more skillfully. Drain some of the fear and uncertainty of change and relax into the adventure of what’s possible!
